Working with large internal and client side teams, I lead the digital experience design direction for Epsilon in redesigning Hitachi Data Systems website.
Along with another UX designer, a content strategist and several visual designers and account team members, I lead a focused user-centered design process team. From interviewing customers, working with stakeholders to create personas that represent the wide and varied needs of the client. We created flows to optimize different goals and created prototypes on the desktop and mobile to quickly convey our meaning while other team members started in on the content direction and visual design elements.
The client has a wide variety of hardware, software and service solutions, corporate initiatives, a deep news archive, technical documents and events that needed clear information architecture rework. All the while working with our technical partners to pull it all off in the content management system.
